The Dudes Moving Company LLC operates a text-messaging program ("The Dudes Moving SMS Program") that sends moving-estimate confirmations and quote follow-up messages to customers who have requested an estimate and opted in to receive text messages. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form at thedudesmovingco.com, or by otherwise providing your express written consent. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing any service.
Message frequency varies. For a typical quote request you may receive up to 6 messages over approximately 10 days. You may receive additional messages in response to your replies.
Message and data rates may apply. The Dudes Moving does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, email support@thedudesmovingco.com, or call 816-433-2929.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator, and message services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
